The PUG Update

May 22, 2019

Hello AASHTOWare Project User Group!

The 2019 PUG Conference is scheduled for September 29th – October 3rd and will be held at the Marriott Kansas City Overland Park in Overland Park, Kansas. The agenda is being finalized and registration will be open soon.

Per the feedback I received from the two surveys I sent out, we’re trying something new this year – more training.  There will be several small, hands-on training sessions for people who perform technical tasks within their agencies. There will also be business-focused sessions for those of you who do not have technical responsibilities at your agencies. If you are a technical person, you can sign up for these when you register. Please read the session descriptions to see if you are in the target audience for the small technical training sessions as space is limited.

Also available this year during registration is a list of special demo room topics. These are topics that Info Tech can help with in the demo room.  They’d like to get an idea of which of the topics the user group is interested in so they can plan accordingly. Please indicate all the special demo room topics of interest to you.

Registration will be announced mid-May on the conference website. I will send out an alert when registration is open.

Thank you and have a great summer!
