BrDR Cloud Platform Architecture Drivers Elicitation Workshop

On July 19th and 20th, 2023, ProMiles will be facilitating a workshop that brings together BrDR stakeholders to identify the essential quality attributes to be considered and the architectural challenges to be addressed in the BrDR cloud platform. The key activity of this workshop is to meet with stakeholders to discover architectural drivers, which include high-level functional requirements, quality attribute requirements, and business and technical constraints.

The workshop involves the following activities:

  1. Introductions and Business/Mission Presentations
  2. High-level Architectural Plan Presentation
  3. Identification of Architectural Drivers
  4. Scenario Brainstorming, Consolidation, Prioritization, and Refinement

The primary artifact of this workshop will set the stage for the subsequent architecture analysis, design, and evaluation of the BrDR cloud platform.
