2024 RADBUG Large Enhancement Survey Results
March 17, 2025The AASHTOWare Bridge Design and Rating (BrDR) Task Force tallied and reviewed the large enhancement survey results. Several of the top 5 enhancements align with the previously identified Task Force directed features and functionality. All these enhancements require considerable planning effort to develop a comprehensive plan for implementation. Some of these enhancements require refactoring of the BrDR system’s core foundation and analytical components and will require a phased implementation approach.
The BrDR Task Force plans to dive deep into these enhancements in the upcoming strategic planning meeting in May. Once selected, the Task Force plans to utilize the AASHTOWare Research, Innovation and Product Improvement Program (RIPI) funding for the planning effort of these enhancements.
