Product Directors – Strategic oversight and management of the product
Our Product Director collaborates with the Task Force to define the vision and strategy of our products, ensuring alignment with program goals and agency needs. They lead cross-functional teams, manage the product lifecycle, and oversee key relationships, delivering innovative solutions and ensuring successful product performance.
While not always directly involved with your agency, they are available for urgent and critical matters and major initiatives requiring higher-level engagement.
Associate Product Managers – Operational management of the product
The Associate Product Manager ensures daily operations run smoothly, aligning the product with user needs and business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they support strategic execution to deliver a reliable, high-quality solution for your agency’s technology needs and help you navigate through the AASHTOWare program.
For non-technical inquiries about AASHTOWare and the Project products and services, the Product Manager is your primary contact.
Customer Success – Member engagement oversight
Our Customer Success Team is committed to improving the member experience at every interaction point within the AASHTOWare program. They work closely with different teams to create strategies for increasing engagement, providing implementation support, and conducting training, as well as collecting agency feedback for product enhancements.
Their aim is to establish solid relationships and assist your agency in getting the most value out of the AASHTOWare products and services.
Business Operations – Licensing and agreements management and support
Our Business Operations Team manages all contractual aspects of our software procurement and implementation, ensuring agreements align with organizational policies and legal requirements. They work closely with various stakeholder at your agency to facilitate smooth contract execution and compliance, manage contract lifecycles, and address any issues.

Alliance Program – Vendor alliance and OpenAPI relationship management
The Alliance Program Manager oversees third-party vendor relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and high-quality product and service delivery. They negotiate contracts, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and coordinate with teams to align services with member needs.
They also work to identify new solutions that meet collective member needs beyond current AASHTOWare offerings.
