2025 PMED User Group Meeting Recap
October 20, 2025The 2025 PMED User Group Meeting was held September 3-4 in Richmond, VA. Over 100 people were in attendance. Highlights of the meeting included several State DOT implementation updates, hands-on training, valuable networking, and discussions initiated by the AASHTOWare Pavement Task Force for improving the PMED software in FY26.
The 2026 PMED User Group Meeting will be held jointly with the AASHTO Committee on Materials and Pavement in Richmond, VA. Employees of State DOT PMED licensees are reminded to take advantage of AASHTO scholarships which reimburse expenses for registration, travel, lodging, and meals. A single-seat license holder is eligible for one scholarship, while a multi-seat license holder is eligible for up to two scholarships.
