March 10, 2026Document360 recently made an update to its API which can break links to the BrM user manual for some users. Specifically, Document360 implemented an update which throws an error for direct links where there are two or more backslashes. This is being resolved in the BrM 7.1.5 patch and BrM 7.2, but there’s a simple work around if a user runs into this issue before upgrading: Delete one of the backslashes and the user manual will generate as expected.
