FY26-FY30 Strategic Work Plan
June 24, 2025AASHTOWare is excited to announce our FY26-FY30 Strategic Work Plan. Developed collaboratively by AASHTOWare volunteers across all products and AASHTO staff, this plan is designed to align program efforts to better serve member agencies and adapt to the evolving needs of the transportation industry. The plan is set to launch in July 2025 and will strengthen AASHTOWare’s overall impact and value.
To ensure active engagement from all Task Forces and Committees, we have established the AASHTOWare Strategic Work Plan Implementation Committee, which includes one representative from each product. This committee, which began meeting quarterly in February, will act as a liaison for all strategic planning efforts moving forward.
The FY26-FY30 Strategic Work Plan is intentionally aligned with the ongoing work and direction of our products while incorporating AASHTOWare’s strategic principles. This work plan is more than just a checklist; it establishes meaningful goals to drive progress and foster growth across our community. AASHTO staff and contractors will support the implementation process to ensure the workload is balanced and does not fall solely on Task Force or Committee members.
