FY26-FY30 Strategic Work Plan
August 27, 2025AASHTOWare is excited to announce its FY26-FY30 Strategic Work Plan. Developed collaboratively by AASHTOWare volunteers across all products and AASHTO staff, this plan is designed to align program efforts to better serve member agencies and adapt to the evolving needs of the transportation industry. The plan launched in July 2025 and will strengthen AASHTOWare’s overall impact and value.
To ensure active engagement from all Task Forces and Committees, we have established the AASHTOWare Strategic Work Plan Implementation Committee, which includes one representative from each product. This committee meets quarterly and serves as the liaison for all strategic planning efforts moving forward.
The FY26–FY30 Strategic Work Plan is intentionally aligned with the ongoing work and direction of our products while incorporating AASHTOWare’s strategic principles. This work plan is more than just a checklist; it establishes meaningful goals to drive progress and foster growth across our community. AASHTO staff and contractors will support the implementation process to ensure the workload is balanced and does not fall solely on Task Force or Committee members.
