FY26 PMED Q2 Enhancements
December 15, 2025- The development team has been working hard preparing the app for ADA compliance. We are nearly completed with ADA compliance requirements for the core PMED application and have moved into the Backcalculation Tool (BcT). This work will continue into the third and fourth quarter as we update the BcT and the Calibration Assistance Tool (CAT) for ADA compliance.
- Additional work has started on migrating the CAT from its current front-end technology (VueJS) to Blazor. This front-end transition aligns the technology for the CAT with the rest of the suite of tools.
- The team completed the transition of the entire suite of tools from the commercial AWS cloud to GovCloud. The app is now FedRamp, NIST, SOC 2 Type 2, and Level 2 CMMC compliant.
- The development team continues to meet bi-monthly with the PMED technical review team and we’ve had some very good discussions and revisions to upcoming features which will enhance the usage of the output reports, design libraries, and more! It’s great to sit down with the users of the application and get direct feedback on how to improve the usability of the app.
