Igor Chernioglo Wins Prismatic Legacy Award!
September 26, 2024AASHTOWare Bridge Design and Rating is excited to announce that Igor Chernioglo, P.E., from the California Department of Transportation, has won the September 2024 Prismatic Legacy Award!
The Prismatic Legacy Award, established in 2022, honors AASHTOWare volunteers who have made a significant impact on the AASHTOWare product suite. Igor Chernioglo was nominated by fellow AASHTOWare Bridge Design and Rating (BrDR) users for his active involvement in several Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs), including the Analysis TAG, Testing TAG, and Backlog TAG.
Since beginning his volunteer work with AASHTOWare BrDR in 2018, Igor has been instrumental in shaping the product. His contributions include identifying critical issues and recommending software enhancements (Backlog TAG); ensuring compliance with AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications and the Manual for Bridge Evaluation (Analysis TAG); and validating proper software behavior and analysis execution (Testing TAG).
Igor’s expertise, commitment, and team-oriented approach have made a profound impact on the product, and we are deeply appreciative of his contributions.
