New Features in v3.28.1
June 18, 2025We are getting ready to close out FY25 and we have had several major updates completed as we near the end of the 4th quarter!
Here are the new features to be on the lookout for in v3.28.1 (out now!) and v3.29.0 ( ~ June 19th).
- Introduced a new file format for PMED – The DGPB file. This is a compressed file format which reduces the overall size of designs from ~15-20MB to about 2-4MB. The new format is NOT going to replace the current dgpx format. One of the main reasons for implementing a compressed option is to help users with limited internet bandwidth. Feel free to use this format as you like, the integration with the app is seamless and there are new UI components for saving and managing DGPB files.
- Created the library sharing/viewing component
- Users can now “pin” commonly used layers in the structure editor.
- Developed a report on bootstrapping and jackknifing statistical procedures and how they can be automated in the CAT. Planning on including an automated bootstrapping procedure in the CAT at a later date.
- Engineering managers can now set a default climate location for each workspace they create.
- Completed the refactoring of APADS and Filter Output analysis modules. 13% improvement to runtime.
- Added a reset zoom button on the initial verification detailed review in the CAT
- Added charts to show predicted PCC strength gain over time
- Various customer website updates
