Webinar 3 for FY 2023 – Importance of Material Testing and Libraries for Use in Pavement Design

The 3^rd webinar this fiscal year was held on March 7^th and focused on demonstrating the impact of material testing and libraries relative to the predicted distress of flexible and rigid pavements. Nearly 200 attended this webinar and came with lots of great questions.
