AASHTOWare Project FieldManager

The AASHTOWare Project FieldManager suite is a comprehensive construction management system for managing and tracking construction projects, documenting construction progress, initiating contractor payments, and communicating with an agency’s central office contract administration system. It was designed for use by state departments of transportation, local government agencies, engineering consultants, large contractors, or any other organization that manages construction projects.

The AASHTOWare Project FieldManager suite contains companion products that include AASHTOWare Project FieldBook, AASHTOWare Project FieldBuilder, and AASHTOWare Project FieldNet. These products work together to comprise this construction management system.   • Option 3: 31-50 users
  • Option 4: 51-300 users
  • Option 5: 301-800 users
  • Option 6: More than 800 users

Copies of AASHTOWare Project FieldBook license are available for purchase.

FieldNet – Site License

Site license for AASHTOWare Project FieldNet is available in the following options depending on the number of users:

  • Option 1: Up to 100 total users
  • Option 2: 101-500 users
  • Option 3: 501-600 users
  • Option 4: 601-750 users
  • Option 5: 751-900 users
  • Option 6: 901-1,000 users
  • Option 7: 1,001 or more users

Extended License

The AASHTOWare Project FieldManager Extended License is intended for member agencies wishing to cover not only their own employees, but also consultants working directly under their control (for example, as field inspectors) and/or local governments administering state-let, state-paid contracts under their license agreement. The Extended license covers all components of FieldManager except FieldBuilder. The license is available in the following options depending on the number of users required:

  • Option 1: 1-15 users
  • Option 2: 16-30 users
  • Option 3: 31-50 users
  • Option 4: 51-300 users
  • Option 5: 301-800 users
  • Option 6: more than 800 users

Legacy License

The legacy license is intended for agencies who are in production with and paying for Construction & Materials but still want access to the associated legacy system to close out old projects. This license is available at no cost to the agency.
