Welcome! As Chair of the AASHTOWare Project Task Force, I’m excited to share this newsletter to strengthen communication and collaboration across our community.
Somehow, it’s already time for another PUG Corner article. I’m not sure who keeps hitting the fast forward button on the calenda, but if we could all agree to stop doing that, it would be great. We hope you all had a joyous holiday season.
To help our members better prepare for the upcoming renewal season, we are releasing the FY27 AASHTOWare licensing fee information early.
The AASHTOWare Project Task Force (PTF) reviewed the current product licensing structure and set the licensing fees for FY27 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027).
First, a big thank you to the agencies and Project User Group (PUG) members who helped develop the AASHTOWare Project Enhancement Ranking dashboard.
HaulHub Technologies and their EDOT Portal have been an AASHTOWare Product Alliance with AASHTOWare Project since 2023, with a bi-directional interface utilizing AASHTOWare OpenAPI to enable validated construction materials information and field inspection data to automatically flow between the two systems.
The March 20th release of AASHTOWare Project version 5.05 is just around the corner, delivering high-impact enhancements to streamline your workflows and improve data accuracy across Estimation, Preconstruction, Civil Rights and Labor, and Construction and Materials.
AASHTOWare is excited to introduce a new Data Alliance with OnStation. Through this alliance, all AASHTOWare licensing members can integrate their AASHTOWare Project systems with OnStation using AASHTOWare OpenAPI.
This quarter, we’re spotlighting the live webinar on the AASHTOWare Project Vendor Management Portal (VMP), which can be viewed in the Videos section of APO by navigating to Project Videos > Recent Webinar Videos.
