2025 TMR Incentive Program

Building on the success of last year’s initiative, the Project Task Force (PTF) and Infotech are once again offering a joint incentive program to encourage agency-sponsored TMRs.

What’s New This Year?

Instead of matching based on a fixed number of Service Units (SUs), this year’s model provides a 20% match of the total TMR estimate –  10% from the PTF and 10% from Infotech. This streamlined approach gives agencies greater flexibility when sponsoring enhancements.

Example:
If a TMR is estimated at 8 SUs, the agency would fund 6.4 SUs. The PTF and Infotech would each contribute 0.8 SUs to complete the total estimate.

Limited-Time Opportunity

Agencies that sponsor TMRs during this limited window, from now through September 30th, 2025, will be eligible for the 20% match. While this incentive is intended to support development for the 5.06 release, some TMRs may be considered for 5.05 based on timing and scope.

Next Steps

If your agency is interested in sponsoring a TMR that does not yet have a cost estimate, please request a proposal as early as possible. Funding commitments must be submitted within the incentive window to qualify for the discount.
