AASHTOWare Project™ 5.02 Release

On September 20, 2024, AASHTOWare Project released 5.02 with 21 enhancements, 20 Tech Upgrade, 46 Warranty, 66 Maintenance TMRs and improved reporting to help agencies maximize efficiency in a secure environment. The collaborative development of enhancement to AASHTOWare Project also includes the recognition of agencies that either independently or jointly funded TMRs for release. Please join AASHTO and the PTF in thanking the agencies that helped fund the TMRs in this release. They are the New York State Department of Transportation, Connecticut Department of Transportation, Michigan Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Transportation, West Virginia Department of Transportation, and the Kentucky Department of Transportation. Exciting highlights include:

• Subcontractor Payment Adjustments: You can now edit and return subcontractor payments as needed, providing greater flexibility in financial management.
• Lump Sum Payments: Make lump sum payments for specific dollar amounts, streamlining payment processes.
• Payment Approval Reversal: Easily reverse previously approved payment estimates if adjustments are required.
• Automated Sample Management: Configure material samples to auto-finalize based on test statuses, and set values for the status and acceptance method, simplifying the quality control process.
• Enhanced Validation Options: Add regular expression validation for more precise data entry and error checking.
• Printing Capability: Print pages directly from the application, improving documentation and record-keeping.
