Promotional TMR Offer: 5.03 Joint Fund Savings
Our goal is to pack AASHTOWare Project 5.03 with value for the agency community. To help balance agency needs and budgets, we have a special offer on service hours so agencies can get additional TMRs into the 5.03 release without stressing about their current allocation.
Infotech and the PTF will fund 1 SU (.5 PTF and .5 Infotech) for every 4 SUs that an agency funds, which is a 20% savings for the agency. As an example, if an agency submits an agency-approved proposal that is 9 SUs, the 5.03 Joint Fund savings counts for 1 of the 9 – leaving the agency to fund 8, if the proposal is 10 SUs, 2 SUs would be covered under the 5.03 Joint Fund savings, leaving the agency to fund 8 SUs.
If an agency is looking to fund a TMR that has not been estimated they should request a proposal as soon as possible. We understand that this process can take some time for agencies, so we are looking for fund commitments prior to December 31, 2024.
Depending on the degree of your enhancement request, we recommend getting TMRs in soon to make the 5.03 release. Enhancement requests that don’t make it into 5.03 will be prioritized in the AASHTOWare Project 5.04 release.
