Alliance News – HaulHub

HaulHub Technologies is proud to announce the latest enhancements to our EDOT platform, now featuring an advanced reconciliation tool tailored for seamless integration with AASHTOWare Project. This update not only streamlines data synchronization across various systems, but also marks a significant milestone in our ongoing successful collaborations, and integrations, with our agency partners. Tailored to enhance project management for state transportation agencies and their contractors, this tool exemplifies our dedication to developing future-ready solutions that meet and anticipate the evolving demands of the industry.

Advanced Reconciliation Tools

With sophisticated data matching capabilities, this update brings AASHTOWare Project and EDOT another step closer to truly seamless integration, boosting the operational efficiency of state transportation projects. Here is an overview of the changes made and new functionality:

  1. Updated Data Structure:
The EDOT platform data structure and user interface were updated to allow the association of multiple contract projects to a single contract within the EDOT platform. Now states utilizing the AWP integration will reference all contract projects associated with a contract in one singular place, instead of disparate locations.
  1. Enhanced Contract Item Reconciling:
By maintaining the contract project structure in the EDOT platform, users are now able to sort and view contract items by the associated contract, contract project, or contractor. This will greatly increase the efficiency and flexibility for inspectors to assign the correct contract item to each material ticket they receive. This sets the groundwork to enable integration of approved quantities by contract item back into AASHTOWare Project.

Leveraging AASHTOWare OpenAPI For Successful Integrations

As the construction year ramps up, 7 Agency integration implementations are in progress with 2 completed. The feedback from ongoing integrations has been overwhelmingly positive. Agency partners are reporting quick turnaround times, reduced discrepancies between the two systems and satisfaction with the new subcontractor level reconciliation. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and satisfaction, HaulHub Technologies is actively working with state agencies to enhance features that best meet their specific needs.
