An Update from the AASHTOWare Project™ Marketing Team

The AASHTOWare Project Task Force (PTF) works together with our product contractor Infotech to produce a myriad of resources for agency use throughout the year. Our goal is to provide agencies with the latest tools they need to make the most out of their usage of AASHTOWare Project, while also showcasing a variety of use cases for the platform. Recently, the PTF approved a new Marketing Plan.  The new marketing plan includes a continuation of the AASHTOWare Project webinar series, as well as a number of other deliverables that highlight where AASHTOWare Project is going. In this article, we’ll provide a high-level overview of the upcoming webinar series and marketing plan.

AASHTOWare Project Webinar Series

On Thursday, September 3 at 2:00 pm Eastern, we will be partnering with Infotech to host the first webinar of our series – AASHTOWare Project Product Extensions: Interactive Data Model and Meta Delta. Hosts and AASHTOWare Project experts Ian Baldwin and Neeta Someshwar will explain the purpose of these product extensions while also covering usage and set-up for each tool. Be on the lookout for registration emails in your inbox or sign up here. If you are unavailable on this date, all AASHTOWare Project users can access webinar recordings by following the steps below:

In addition to the ongoing webinar series, the PTF and Infotech will work together to produce a number of other marketing resources throughout the year. Deliverables include:

Case Studies

We will work with identified champion agencies to produce a series of case studies that provide insight into an agency’s experience using particular AASHTOWare Project modules. Case studies will highlight the implementation process and provide guidance to other agencies interested in implementing the featured module.

Storytelling Testimonials

In order to provide a more intimate look at the impact AASHTOWare Project has on a state, Infotech will travel onsite to film a champion agency’s AASHTOWare Project story. Our goal is to provide key insights that may benefit other users.

Release Promotions

There are two AASHTOWare Project releases planned which address a multitude of user requests.  The PTF will work with Infotech to produce a set of marketing materials to educate the user community on these AASHTOWare Project releases with the goal of keeping agencies informed and up-to-date with the latest version of the software.

Updated Visuals and Product Sheets

To further incorporate a fresh aesthetic, the PTF and Infotech will work to update and/or produce product sheets, workflow diagrams, infographics, and agency involvement sheets. These materials will be produced throughout the year to illustrate the benefits, usage, and functionality of the AASHTOWare Project Unified Database.
