An Update from the AASHTOWare Project™ Marketing Team

February 25, 2021

The AASHTOWare Project™ Task Force (PTF) works with Infotech to produce educational resources and opportunities that provide agencies with the latest information to make the most out of their AASHTOWare Project usage. We also make it a priority to showcase the capabilities of various modules and tools to help agencies make decisions on implementations and upgrades. A large portion of the current marketing plan centers on the AASHTOWare Project Webinar Series and the creation of several module-specific case studies. In this article, we’ll provide an update on the ongoing webinar series, case study production, and changes to the upcoming webinar series and marketing plan.

AASHTOWare Project Webinar Series

On February 16, 2021, we hosted the latest webinar in our series: AASHTOWare Project Data Analytics. Hosts Kateryna Bondareva and Randy Lawton provided an overview of the module’s capabilities and a sneak preview of upcoming functionality. Like all AASHTOWare Project webinars, a recording can be accessed by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to aashtowareproject.org
  2. Navigate to Modules>AASHTOWare Project at A Glance
  3. Select AASHTOWare Project Webinars

Here is a complete schedule of past and upcoming webinars in the 2021 marketing plan:

Topic Time Period
AASHTOWare Project 4.4 Release October 2020
AASHTOWare Project Mobile Applications December 2020
AASHTOWare Project Data Analytics February 2021
AASHTOWare Project 4.5 Release March 2021
System Events – Notifications and Work Flow Process May 2021

Case Studies

We are collaborating with identified champion agencies to produce a series of case studies that provide insight into an agency’s experience using particular AASHTOWare Project modules. These case studies highlight the implementation process and provide guidance to other agencies interested in implementing the featured module. Currently, we are working with three agencies on an AASHTOWare Project Construction & Materials implementation, AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights and Labor™ usage, and a Hosting case study.  Does your agency have a story to tell about AASHTOWare Project and are you interested in partnering with AASHTO and Infotech to produce a case study? Let your Account Manager know today!

AASHTOWare Project Mobile Applications

Whenever there is an AASHTOWare Project release, the PTF works with Infotech to produce a set of materials to educate and inform the user community. Over the next several weeks, you will see marketing materials promoting the release of AASHTOWare Project Mobile Applications as Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). These PWAs can be accessed online or offline without the need to download an app.  To educate and keep the user community informed, there will be an overview email of all the apps and how they work with AASHTOWare Project, three supporting social posts and graphics, and a link to a previously recorded video

Updates to AASHTOWareproject.org
