FY26 Licensing Update

To help our members better prepare for the upcoming renewal season, we are releasing the FY26 AASHTOWare licensing fee information early.

The AASHTOWare Project Task Force (PTF) reviewed the current product licensing structure and set the licensing fees for FY26 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026). Due to increasing software development costs and the need to maintain product quality while delivering continued improvements, the PTF has determined there will be an increase in FY26 license fees.

Each table provides a breakdown of:

  • FY25 license fees (current fiscal year)
  • FY26 license fees (upcoming fiscal year)
  • Projected fee increases for FY27
