FY27 Licensing

To help our members better prepare for the upcoming renewal season, we are releasing the FY27 AASHTOWare licensing fee information early.

The AASHTOWare Project Task Force (PTF) reviewed the current product licensing structure and set the licensing fees for FY27 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). Due to the need to maintain product quality while delivering continued improvements and development of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), the PTF has determined there will be an increase in license fees.

Each table provides a breakdown of:

  • FY26 license fees (current fiscal year)
  • FY27 license fees (upcoming fiscal year)
  • Maximum projected fee increases for FY28
