Lisa Durbin Dynamic Performance Award Nominations Now Open

With the passing of Lisa Durbin in December 2022, the AASHTOWare Project User Community was left with big shoes to fill. Lisa was the Product Owner and the driving force behind Hybrid Agile Training. She spent several hours a week meeting with the Hybrid Agile Training Team and reviewing the training materials. Thus, ensuring the training met expectations and shaping the final product for rollout. Everything Lisa did, she did with passion. She has been deeply missed, not only for her caring and dynamic personality but also for her involvement with and impact on AASHTOWare Project.

The AASHTOWare Project Task Force created this award in her honor to recognize AASHTOWare Project volunteers who exemplify similar passion, commitment, and excitement for the product as Lisa did.

We are currently accepting applications until January 31. The recipient will be announced during the 2026 Project Users Group (PUG) Conference. They will also receive a scholarship to the conference, which includes full paid registration and travel.
