Infotech Account Manager Update
February 27, 2024Infotech, the official AASHTOWare Project Contractor, is committed to providing the highest level of service to the AASHTOWare Project user community. As many of you know, one of the top resources we provide to agencies is a designated Account Manager. Your Account Manager provides implementation assistance, information sharing, and issue resolution, with the following key objectives in mind:
- Ensure delivery of proposals
- Demonstrate software products
- Solicit customer satisfaction feedback
- Monitor priority call tickets and error TMRs
- Maintain awareness of installations
- Periodic on-site visits
- Facilitate PTF agency status reports
- Get to know customers, understand their needs, and present viable solutions
This update is to inform you of a recent shift in Account Manager responsibilities at Infotech – all of which are cause for celebration!
First, we’d like to announce the upcoming retirement of Mark Douglas in Spring 2024. Mark has been with Infotech for nearly 25 years and has left a mark on every agency he’s worked with. In his time as an Account Manager for California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Washington, Mark emphasized relationship-building above all else. He’ll leave a legacy of Treating People Right, and future Infotech Account Managers will follow the example he’s set. We wish Mark all the best in retirement.
Next, we’d like to introduce Gina Merseal, who will be taking over for Mark in California, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas. Gina is a former Project Manager with Infotech who most recently assisted the Ohio Department of Transportation with their implementation of AASHTOWare Project Construction & Materials. Gina’s deep knowledge of agency processes and experience working with agencies equips her well to help agencies get the most out of AASHTOWare Project. We’re thrilled to welcome Gina to the Infotech Account Management team!
Finally, we’d like to note that Illinois has been transferred to Gavin Diaz, Colorado has been transferred to Cynthia Allen, and Washington has been transferred to Wendell Gardner.
