PUG Corner
December 04, 2025The 2025 AASHTOWare Project User Group (PUG) Conference was a valuable opportunity for our community to gather in Columbus, Ohio, to share knowledge, and collaborate on the future of AASHTOWare Project.
While networking continues to be the most valuable aspect of the conference, attendees also appreciated the convenience of the location, with connected meeting spaces, hotels, and walkable amenities. The conference structure and format were well received, and the discussions were collaborative and informative.
Looking ahead to the 2026 PUG Conference in Murfreesboro, TN, the PUG Board will be reviewing the 2025 conference duration and session overlap with the goal to maximize time efficiency by reducing downtime. Furthermore, enhancing the content and discussion structure will ensure the conference delivers an experience that exceeds community expectations.
We would love to hear your thoughts about the PUG Conference! If you have not already shared your feedback, please take a moment to complete our brief survey here: Survey Link. We’ve heard from some attendees already, but we are eager to hear from even more of you. Please respond by January 2nd so we can incorporate the community’s feedback into next year’s planning. We also encourage the user community to contact the PUG Board with any suggestions for the 2026 PUG Conference.
