SOC 2 Type II Compliance Update

As part of our continuous efforts to demonstrate our commitment to data security, privacy, and operational excellence, we are pleased to announce that AASHTOWare Safety is nearing completion of efforts to achieve a SOC 2 Type II attestation. This effort complements our existing policies of conducting annual external penetration testing and adhering to the security controls and recommendations outlined in the NIST 800-53 Special Publications. We are currently in the 3-month SOC 2 Type II audit observation window and anticipate achieving our attestation by July 2025.
