- APR-16700 (Agency Views) co-funded by Michigan DOT and Ohio DOT
- APR-13228 (Civil Rights & Labor – SBE Support) funded by Minnesota DOT
In the AASHTOWare Project 4.7 release, agencies jointly funded the following TMR:
- APR-13883 (Allow agency to specify fields in dynamic selection list) co-funded by Michigan DOT, Alabama DOT, Kansas DOT, South Carolina DOT, and New York State DOT
In the AASHTOWare Project 4.8 release, agencies jointly funded the following 4 TMRs:
- APR-18378 (Construction & Materials – Add ability to associate agency views to a daily source report) co-funded by Ohio DOT and Minnesota DOT.
- APR-19933 (Civil Rights and Labor Management – Field Labor Interview Information Collected Compared to Payroll Data), co-funded by Kansas DOT, Minnesota DOT, Montana DT, and Ohio DOT
- APR-23476 (Support parameterized links as a field type) – co-funded by Mississippi DOT and Nebraska DOT
- APR-22611 (Associate Agency Views on Person Record) – funded by Oklahoma DOT
In the AASHTOWare Project 4.9 release, agencies are jointly funding the following 7 TMRs:
- APR-23508 (Construction & Materials – Add Contractor Material Sources) co-funded by Minnesota DOT and Ohio DOT
- APR-17279 (Construction & Materials – Ability to optionally track contract material acceptance/sample records with Bar Codes) funded by Minnesota DOT and Nevada DOT
- APR-23466 (Construction & Materials – Change Order New Item Funding should respect Funding Assignment Method Agency Option) co-funded by Minnesota DOT, New York State DOT, Arkansan DOT, and Indiana DOT
- APR-23778 (Construction & Materials – Limit User Access to Samples and Tests Based on Source / Facility Authority) – Co-funded by Georgia DOT and Ohio DOT
- APR-24579 (Construction & Materials – Prevent DWR creators from approving their own DWR) – Co-funded by Minnesota DOT and South Carolina DOT
- APR-23307 (Civil Rights & Labor – DailyHoursAcrossContracts Payroll Exception Triggered When Not Expected) Funded by Minnesota DOT
- APR-24614 (Custom tables in the product to be used in Agency Views) – Funded by Texas DOT

- APR-23619 (Civil Rights & Labor – Update Date Payment Was Made With Transaction Date) funded by Kansas DOT
- APR-24691 (Construction & Materials – Provide the ability to configure whether one user may edit another user’s DWR Acceptance Records) – funded by Texas DOT
