Coming Soon: Review & Update Your License Status in the Implementation Status Matrix
May 22, 2019The Implementation Status Matrix (ISM) is a real-time status report that lists the current agency’s status for each AASHTOWare Project module. Typically, the ISM is used to identify agencies who are licensing, implementing, or are in production with AASHTOWare Project modules. This information is generally used to determine which modules should be the focus of enhancements and to assist in upgrading agencies to the latest version of our software.
So, what’s changing?
The ISM is currently maintained by the AASHTOWare Project contractor, Info Tech, Inc. However, once the new AASHTOWare Project website goes live, agency EUDs will have the opportunity to update and maintain their own agency’s statuses. In addition, Info Tech’s Account Managers will also have the ability to update their applicable agency statuses. These updates will help keep the AASHTOWare Project team notified of which agencies are in need of additional resources or a software upgrade.
Ideally, the ISM should be updated whenever the EUD has a change in the status of their licensed AASHTO Project modules or on a quarterly basis.
If you have any questions about accessing or updating the ISM after the launch of aashtowareproject.org, feel free to contact Charles Groshens.
