Marketing Update – Introducing the AASHTOWare Project Webinar Series

There are several exciting initiatives for AASHTOWare Project in the upcoming fiscal year. With the release of AASHTOWare Project Mobile Tester, a continued focus on AASHTOWare Project Data Analytics, and planning for multiple planned product updates, there will be many opportunities for users to learn about the new features and enhancements being released, along with best practices.

 

AASHTOWare Project Webinars Series

This year AASHTOWare Project will be introducing a series of webinars that will provide users with a deeper look into the various products under the AASHTOWare Project software suite. Be sure to plan ahead and save the dates for the following webinar topics:

 

  • AASHTOWare Project 4.2 release – Thursday, August 22: This webinar will go over TMR upgrades and discuss the benefits of upgrading to the latest version.

 

  • AASHTOWare Project Bids 3.0 release – Thursday, September 26: If your agency licenses AASHTOWare Bids 2.0, then this webinar is specifically for you. During this webinar, we will address user issues and demonstrate the solutions for them offered by the latest software version.

 

  • AASHTOWare Project Construction and Materials Implementation and Mobile App Integration – Tuesday, October 29: This webinar will go over best practices, process improvements, data migration, and will discuss how the software integrates with the new construction and materials app, AASHTOWare Project Mobile Tester.

 

  • AASHTOWare Project Estimation Usage and Best Practices – Thursday, February 20, 2020: This webinar will discuss AASHTO’s cost estimating guide methodologies as its applied to AASHTOWare Project Estimation.

 

  • AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights and Labor Analysis – Tuesday, April 7, 2020: This webinar will provide information on AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights and Labor usage and what’s available to users for payroll analysis.

 

Registration for the first webinar in this series, AASHTOWare Project 4.2, opens on Tuesday, August 6th. So if your agency is currently on AASHTOWare Project 4.1 and would like to learn about the features and enhancements in this release, then be sure to save the date and register.

 

AASHTOWare Project Videos

The recording of the AMS/OData webinar is now available on Cloverleaf. The recording is about 25-minutes long and is geared towards a technical audience including Information Technology developers and your AASHTOWare Project System Administrator. The goal of this webinar is to highlight examples of how the AMS/OData API can be used to interface with AASHTOWare Project.

The following three examples are demonstrated:

  • Contract Progress Portal (static website with JS Queries)
  • Mix Designs (importing from a spreadsheet)
  • Financial System Interface (imports and exports via a text file)
