AASHTOWare Project Licensing fees for FY24
February 22, 2023The AASHTOWare Project Task Force (PTF) has reviewed the current product licensing structure and has set licensing fees for FY24 (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024). Due to software development cost increases and in an effort to help maintain product quality and deliver more improvements, the PTF has determined the need to increase the FY24 license fees by roughly 7 percent.
This linked table outlines the licensing fees and structure for the current fiscal year (FY23), the next fiscal year (FY24), and the maximum projected licensing fee increase for the following fiscal year (FY25). In addition to providing the license fee table, I wanted to highlight a few changes to the licensing options starting in July 2023:
- The AASHTOWare Project Site License and CES will no longer be offered
- 3 AASHTOWare Project Module plus Cloud Hosting bundled options will be available
- The full Data Analytics product (SaaS module and web-based functionality) will be available to all agencies by:
- Licensing Data Analytics
- Licensing BAMS/DSS (& obtaining a no cost Data Analytics license)
