I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer and I am sure that everyone is looking forward to reconnecting with old friends and the possibility of making new connections at the upcoming 2022 AASHTOWare Project User Group (PUG) Annual meeting in October. You can find more information and link to the PUG Agenda in the PUG Chair’s Corner article by Kathy Terrio, MTDOT.
Greetings! I wanted to take a moment to tell you about an exciting opportunity for someone within the User Community to become a part of the Project User Group (PUG) Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors consists of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and a Past Chair.
The AASHTOWare Project Task Force (PTF) works together with our product contractor Infotech to produce resources for agency use throughout the year. Our goal is to provide agencies with the latest tools they need to make the most out of the AASHTOWare Project Unified Database, while also making sure the user community is informed and educated about AASHTOWare Project initiatives.
The AASHTOWare Project Task Force and Infotech jointly conducted a virtual AASHTOWare Project™ Estimating Summit in May 2022. The purpose of the Estimating Summit was to discuss topics related to AASHTOWare Project Estimator™ and AASHTOWare Project Estimation™, as well as provide input to the Project Task Force (PTF) and Infotech regarding the future of the products.
